This hydraulic gauge is used to make measurement of
various hydraulic systems of the automatic transmission
system so as to locate faulty part such as a pressure
leakage, defective part of a hydraulic piston and
clogging of a screen.
The adapter and the tester are connected by means of
a coupler with a valve. So, after adapters are fitted
onto all the parts requiring measurement, the tester
can be connected to the adapters one after another,
thereby allowing quick measurement.

Nozzle tester |
The nozzle tester is used for inspection and adjustment through the measurement of injection open valve pressure, oil-tightness test and visual inspection of injection angle and atomized state of an injection nozzle for a diesel engine.
Model DI-50B is provided with a valve on Model DI-50.
The valve is closed to cut pressure transmission to the meter so as to protect the meter when the injection state is visually checked or the injection nozzle is removed.

The air valve lapper improves efficiency in lapping of valves by the use of air pressure of a compressor.
Since required up-and-down motion is given by adjusting air pressure, this lapper can be used extensively for a smaller valve to a larger valve.
